“Romanian Neurosurgery” is the official publication of the Romanian Society of Neurosurgery.
The journal is specialized in the publication of neurology and neurosurgery papers, but also of clinical and research articles in ophthalmology, radiology, pathology, physiology, anatomy, medical computing technology, etc., that are related to the nervous system. All rights concerning decisions on publishing the papers are solely reserved to the editorial staff.
FREQUENCY AND PUBLICATION TIME
Four issues are published each year in March, June, September, and December both in print and online. The authors have free access to their article online.
Articles are accepted throughout the year. Deadlines are 1st February, 1st May, 1st August and 1st November.
Process: Submitted papers will be published after initial qualification by the editorial team who evaluates: meeting the scope, quality criteria, detailed publishing standards and editorial policies, and two double-blind reviews.
Two double-blind reviews: A rigorous and constructive independent and double-blind peer-review process.
Range: All abstracts and full texts are available online for free to all universities/institutions worldwide ensuring promotion to the widest possible audience.

Copyright Agreements for Authors
As a condition of publication, authors must transfer copyright to the Romanian Society of Neurosurgery. Manuscripts submitted under multiple authorship are reviewed on the assumption that all listed authors concur in the submission and agree on the final version to be published. During the publication process, authors are asked to sign a "Consent to Publish and Copyright Transfer".
Archiving Policy
All issues are secured and archived by London Academic Publishing.
Open Access
This journal is published in Open Access. Articles are available free of charge as PDF-files on this website. PDF-files can be read with Acrobat Reader or other PDF-viewers.

There are no article processing charges (NO APCs) and no article submission charges.
