Olfactory nerve schwannoma: Endoscopic management of a rare lesion

Abstract

Schwannomas are common benign lesions but olfactory nerve schwannoma is rarely being reported in literature. these lesions can mimic esthesioneuroblastoma. If suspected early in workup these lesions can be excised completely with endoscopic approach as there is rarely intracranial extension.
